Producer-Writer-Director, J Rob Brown, is passionate about Screen Writing, Coaching Actors and Artists, Film Scoring and Artistic Conceptual Development. His background covers theatre, film, television, and the arts, with emphasis on music. He is classically trained, studied piano at the Julliard School of Music, and was a Concert Pianist and Music Producer as a young man.
He occasoinally mentors gifted young actors, musicians and artists as coach and mentor, both one-on-one and in Master Classes. Scholarships to these sessions are occasionally granted to exceptionally gifted students of the arts.
Samples of Rob's monologues for actor auditions can be found on this web site under the "Quotes" tab. Use of these monologues for actor auditions is permissible, with credit given to Mr. Brown at the time of delivery. Upon commission, he writes custom monologues for actors, comedians and workshops.
Mr. Brown is active in artistic and humanitarian organisations both domestic and internationally.
